Drivers License + Car Insurance
In order to book, you must have:
A Valid Drivers License (18+)
Full Coverage Auto Insurance

Don't have auto insurance? No problem! We accept AMEX card insurance. Plus - we offer selective vehicles on our Turo platform where the insurance will be provided to you. Contact us for more information.

Sign & Payment
Once you have been approved to drive with Star Stellar Rentals, you will sign our Rental Agreement. Payment can be done in forms of Zelle, Cash, Credit / Debit Card.
If you have Auto Insurance, you can pay via debit. If you don't have Auto Insurance, you must provide a major bank Credit Card on file.
Security Deposits Are Mandatory On All Vehicles. They are refundable.

FAQs
What is required to rent a vehicle?
Must be 18+ with valid drivers license and auto insurance. (If you do not have insurance, you can use your AMEX card or book through our Turo platform. Call us.)
Can I extend my rental trip if needed?
Yes, you can. Be sure to contact us for extension approval.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations are eligible to receive up to 75% refund.
Can I use prepaid/gift cards?
​No, payment cards must be attached to a bank account matching the name on the rental agreement.
Is there a security deposit to rent?
Yes, each vehicle will come with a refundable security deposit. Refund is given once vehicle is returned in same condition and inspected.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes. If you're reserving in advance you will need to pay full amount up front with a credit card. You can then pay cash at vehicle pick-up and you'll be refunded your original payment.
